Hello there,

I love exploring with you what it really means to live authentically - to be fully and freely you. Because truly, there’s no more fulfilling way to live.

Today, I want to talk about the third gift we’ve all been given in this life: Faith.

Now, before you think I’m going down a religious path, stay with me.
This isn’t about religion. It’s about a powerful, built-in gift that can lift the weight of almost anything you’re carrying.

Honestly, I’ve come to believe that faith is the missing link in most of our struggles.

About ten years ago, I started searching for ‘the way’ to live authentically. Which, when you think about it, is a bit funny - how can there be one way to live authentically? Authenticity, by nature, is uniquely ours.

Still, that search turned into a decade-long discovery. And through it, I came to see that we’ve each been given three gifts:
Life, Mind, and Faith.

If you've been with us for a while, you already know the first two.
Life - the creative power flowing through us.
Mind - the ability to shape and direct that creative power.

But what about Faith? Why would we be given that?

When I realised the answer, it delighted me.
We’ve been given faith because we’re meant to need it.

We’re designed to dream - to reach beyond what we know, to desire more than we can yet see. And in those moments, when the “how” is unclear and the next step feels uncertain… that’s where our gift of faith steps in.

Think about it.
Have you ever felt a deep longing for something - a pull toward a new direction, a dream, a change that lights you up?
That’s Life nudging you.

Then your Mind begins to imagine it - what it might look like, how it might feel. And for a moment, it feels wonderful and possible.

But soon enough, that familiar whisper of doubt creeps in:
“What if it doesn’t work? What if I can’t?”

That’s the moment faith is waiting for.

Because it’s faith that moves us from imagining to experiencing.
It’s what gets us to take the first step - not because we know how it will all unfold, but because we trust that it will.

Just ask yourself now, ‘Is there something I’ve been hesitating on lately?
Something I know I want, but I’ve been waiting for the “right time,” the “perfect clarity,” or a sign that guarantees it’ll all work out?

Here’s your sign.

If the desire is in you, it’s for you.
You wouldn’t have the longing if you didn’t already have the potential to bring it to life.

You already have everything you need - Life, Mind, and Faith.

So this week, pick one step.
Just one.
The one that’s quietly beckoning you - even if it feels small, even if you don’t know what will come next.

Take it.
That movement is faith in action.

And here’s the thing: the more you use faith, the stronger it gets.
Like a muscle, it builds every time you trust, every time you move forward without knowing exactly how everything will come together.

Faith is not about having it all figured out - it’s about stepping anyway.
And every step is a declaration:
“I believe in what’s possible for me.”

With love, - and faith,

Di

Will you allow it?
Can you remember being so excited as a child that you could barely sit still? That feeling of anticipation — it coloured everything around you, and you felt the lift inside you. As adults, it happens too… though perhaps, like me, you experience it a little differently now. This week, I had a restlessness I initially found quite annoying. I couldn’t seem to focus… but I didn’t feel like resting ...
When life says no
Life really does happen to reveal us to ourselves. Today I had plans of driving down the coast to see a friend, and then sitting amongst nature and writing an inspired letter to you all. It’s perfect weather…cool, overcast, rain…we’re in the last month of Autumn. I love driving the hills route with loads of trees, winding narrow roads and the peacefulness away from the city. I was really lookin...
Be You. To the Full
Have you ever experienced the raw joy expressed by a child —the kind that simply steals your heart? I find myself so drawn to it. Captivated by it. I experienced it again this week with one of my grandchildren. They had an idea… and shared it with such enthusiasm. "Do you like to drive a red car, Meemah?" Of course I replied, “Yes — absolutely — a red car sounds great!” Looking so pleased with...
