Just Notice
I’ve been thinking a lot about awareness this week.
Not awareness in some big, spiritual, complicated sense.
Just noticing.
Noticing what I say "yes" to automatically.
Noticing the thought I have every time a particular opportunity comes up.
Noticing when I dismiss an idea - even before I’ve given it a chance.
Noticing the way I speak to myself when something doesn’t go to plan.
Noticing is powerful.
Because we can’t consciously change what we don’t notice.
And so much of what we do every day isn’t really a conscious choice at all.
It’s habitual. Familiar. Learned. Practised.
And because we’ve done it for so long, it simply feels like us.
But what if it isn’t?

Perhaps one of the most powerful things you can do this weekend is simply become curious about yourself.
Not to fix anything.
Definitely not to judge or blame.
Not even to try becoming a “better version of yourself”.
Just notice.
Ask questions like
Where am I behaving automatically — when I might actually choose something different?
Because the moment you can see something you couldn’t see before, you have something incredibly valuable.
Choice.
And choice is where conscious creation begins.

I made a list of 5 common patterns that keep people from living the way they want to - and how to begin the shift.
They might be more familiar than you realise.
