The Morning Shift  is a 10am gathering for capable people who know  there's more - but can’t quite translate that into results.

 

In each session we discuss practices which help you:

- hold your focus on what you really want

- steady your nervous system so that you're relaxed and confident in your decisions

- act on purpose so that you not only feel better, but achieve more of what you want
