Your 3 Gifts for Manifestation; Part 2.
Hello everyone,
Each time I write to you here, my aim is to help you understand more of who you are and what you have available to create a life you love.
I'm exicted to talk today about the 2nd powerful gift you've been given as a human being.
Gift No. 2: MIND
Mind can be referred to as many things, and the aspects of mind I want to bring to light today are the creative tools of your mind.
THIS is the magic of being human; we don't operate like animals who are only directed by instinct. We get to direct our Life Power and create!
Consider these 5 tools of your mind and how you might practice using them more consciously to create what you desire.
Tool No. 1: Reason
We get to choose what we think about...that doesn't mean that we always do. You can wake up tomorrow morning and begin thinking about something that lights you up, or something that weighs you down. It's your choice as to what you think about.
Tool No. 2: Perception
You might have heard the saying "When we change the way we look at something, what we look at changes." Your viewpoint of something will influence how you think about it, and you can change your viewpoint - just like moving to a different seat. A bird flying above a tree would describe their view of the tree very differently as to how a person walking on the ground would describe it. The tree is the same - but the different viewpoints make it appear to be very different.
Tool No. 3: Imagination
Imagination is your top creative tool. When you think, you think in pictures, and you can make an image in your mind of anything you decide to picture. You can create pictures of health, wealth and love in your life, or the absence of these things. You are the artist, you can create pictures of anything you choose.
Tool No. 4: Will
Your will is used to hold a picutre on the screen of your mind. When you have determined an outcome you desire, you use your will to hold the image in your minds eye. If you have a weakened muscle of 'will', you might find it difficult to stay focused on what you desire, and can end up being influenced by the noise of distractions in your world around you.
Tool No. 5: Memory
What a great tool memory is! We can use it to recall where we parked our car, or to re-live a beautiful experience. Like any tool we can also use it against ourselves - to recall past mistakes and traumatic events. I recommend you use your memory daily to recall your vision of your bright future, the vision that lights you up.
Tool No. 6: Intuition
Your intuition is your guidance system used in deciphering those 'gut feelings', or recognising the hunch or inner feeling to take action. Like a muscle, if we don't use it, it becomes weak. Practice noticing your intuition and enjoy the result of using it's guidance.
Consciously practice these mental moves this week, and build your mind to be the strong creative tool it was designed to be.
In our next letter I look forward to sharing the 3rd gift - it's one that truly opens the door to recieving all you desire.
Until then, enjoy your moments.
With love
