Big Lives Are Made of Little Moments

Imagine if your whole life was delivered all at once - like a huge buffet you had to eat in one bite.

Whenever I am feeling overwhelm, it reminds me that I am thinking of the big milestones and ALL they contain - the event, the house, the buiness, the relationship - as if I must experience every bit of it, all in that single moment.

And when I look back at some of lifes' mountains I've already climbed, I realise it's the little things I remember;

the way someone smiled when I didn't expect it,

the night being lit up by a full moon

the time I had a relaxing bath on a wintery Tuesday afternoon!

Life IS huge!  And it comes to us in a variety of little ways - one choice, one moment, one smile at a time.

Lifes' little moments pack a punch.

Collectively, they build your days, which build your weeks, which build your years… and before you know it - you’ve lived a whole life, full of little things.

We don’t need to wait for the next big thing to feel alive.

We just need to notice the little ones already here.

The morning sun on the wooden floor boards. The text from someone who thought of you. The quiet moment of choosing love over irritation.

No ones' life is built overnight — our lives are built with little moments, the experiences we are conscious of.

What will you choose to be your 'little things' today?

  • Noticing the song of an early morning bird?
  • Telling someone they did well?
  • Doing that daily task thoroughly, with true focus?
  • Appreciating the smell of fresh coffee?

Because one day, you’ll look back and realize... it really was never about the big things after all, but the little moments that built them.

Grow your business, your income & your impact

"I know I need a proper plan, more clarity, structure and someone to keep me accountable - or i'll just keep slipping into the same old patterns."

If you're in buiness, a leader, or an entrepreneur looking for

  • Clear direction and strategic plan you can stick to,
  • Support from peers who 'get you', challenge you, and help you stay aligned with what matters to you,
  • Business structure that supports the life balance you want rather than one that drains it

If not now... when?
Today feels like a bold letter from me to you. In recent weeks, I’ve had a few friends pass away. And along with the sadness… there’s always a stark reminder: Am I really giving life all I have? There is no rehearsal — this is it.And we don’t know when our curtain will fall. ♡ I see it so often…clever, creative, capable people. Full of ideas. And yet… it’s like they’re moving forward with the ha...
There's Power in Creating Space
When was the last time you really stopped … and created space for yourself? I don’t mean a pause for a cuppa…or just taking a day off (to catch up on chores). When - if ever - have you truly stepped back from everything - the noise, the doing, the constant holding of it all? To just pause, reflect and reconnect with what’s important for you. Almost 10 years ago now, I did exactly that. ♡ I was ...
Intuition Speaks Quietly - But Never Randomly
Intuition Speaks Quietly - But Never Randomly I was talking with a friend recently about the little hunches we get - those quiet inner nudges that seem small at the time but make so much sense when we look back. It reminded me of something that happened many years ago. I was about seven or eight months pregnant, rushing out the front door one morning and as I went to pull the door closed, I bec...
