Rising out of bed for a 5:30-6:10am Practice session, Monday – Friday, is far easier when you know you are joining a group of like-minded people all doing the same thing. 
The Practice is run over zoom (cameras off) Monday – Friday, and in just 40 minutes you are eager to step into your day; powerfully aligned, inspired and equipped, your thoughts and feelings reflecting your heart felt vision.
