Whether you are studying a course within the DiLive community, or reading a book you want to study by yourself, The Practice supports you to that end.
Rising out of bed for a 5:30-6:10am nutritious mental diet of gratitude, visioning, and other elements of practice is far easier when you know you are joining with a group of like-minded people.
In just 40 minutes you are eager to step into your day; powerfully aligned, inspired and equipped, your thoughts and feelings reflecting your heart felt vision.
You can expect to;
- Steadily raise your awareness, focus and confidence,
- Habitually begin to feel more grateful and aligned with your purpose.
- Experience more presence, peace and ease throughout your days.

- 3 months* of Monday-Friday sessions over zoom (cameras off)
- Access to 2 weekly* Momentum Calls – live group zoom Q&A calls.
- Library of recorded Practice sessions.
*Part of The Practice is to experience regular creative space weeks; one week each month and 3 consecutive weeks over December/January. During these times there will be no Practice & Momentum Call sessions.
