Each pod is a monthly, in-person gathering of up to 7 people, over 12 months.

The purpose of Great Minds Pods is to raise your awareness and practice of universal creative principles enabling you to co-create a life you absolutely love.

Great Minds Pods – Inspired Leadership Terms and Conditions ("Terms")

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before committing to Great Minds Pods; Inspired Leadership, ("Program") facilitated by DiLive Pty Ltd ("us", "we", or "our" “Consultant”).

Once the Client (“you”, “your”, “Client”) gains access to use of the Program the Client indicates compliance with the requests below, and an understanding of the services provided.

If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Program.

Service Provided

  1. Clients will have access to; 12 x 3 hour group meetings along with the other Program participants. These will include opportunities for accountability, masterminding and learning universal principles and how to practice these as creative tools.
  2. Cost of all venues, food and beverages provided is included in price.
  3. The Client acknowledges that the Consultant is not responsible for information disclosed in a group setting, specifically in regards to matters of confidentiality. Clients are responsible for disclosing or withholding information at their own discretion.
  4. The Client understands that coaching is not advice, psychotherapy or counselling.

Access

The Program consists of physical meetings. Clients understand that to access it, they must attend events in person. The schedule of events is given to participants prior to commencement of the Program. Inability to attend scheduled sessions or events will result in the forfeit of the client’s investment in the program. Catch-up sessions will not be available, except at the sole discretion of the Consultant.

 

Guarantees

  1. The Client enters into the Program with the understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results. Throughout the Program the Consultant will engage in direct and personal conversations with the Client, which will include asking explicit questions and making direct requests.
  2. The purpose of these interactions is to remind the Client of their own intentions and for the Consultant to help them to realise these intentions. In order to achieve the maximum result, the Consultant asks that the Client agree to the following:

1) Please attend all appointments on time. If you know you will be late, call or email ahead of time and advise.

2) Make a commitment to completing all your assignments and to the action plans you create, and do what you have agreed to do.

3) Understand that the power of the Program can only be granted by you, and commit to making the Program powerful. If you see that the Program is not working as you desire, communicate and take action to return the power to the Program.

 

Payment Terms

  1. Program fees are collected in full prior to the commencement of the Program. 
  2. Where approved by the Consultant, a payment plan may be entered into. Twelve monthly installments over 12 months shall commence prior to the beginning of the Program and continue monthly until payment completion.

Refund Policy

  1. Upon agreeing to these terms and committing to the Program (which proceeds for 12 months), no refunds of fees, nor exchanges or substitutes are available. In agreement of these terms the client agrees to adherence to the completion of installed payments.
  2. The undertaking of this Program requires a committed decision to act. Ongoing results will require follow through on committed decisions. There is no refund available, neither in full nor part thereof.
